Greylock Partners invested in Airbnb, Facebook, Twitter, Uber, Dropbox, etc. Just because they invested capital into these companies didn't mean they went on to partner or acquire one another.
All your pointing out is that an investment firm called BNP Paribas sees value in fintech company's based in South East Asia. Not every investment is the right one though. The dilution at PIL is pretty crazy considering they only have $2m cash on hand and will need more capital soon. Further dilution is inevitable imo. The company hasn't been run well from what I can see. You also keep talking about the 50k agency network. If this was as good as you say then the company should be in better financial shape.
IOU has a great management team that deliver the goods. It's a far better investment in my opinion.
