again your statements are suggesting insider trading, how would you know that he would have done a deal with the banks if he could?

For the contract agreement to be signed by both parties both parties would need to be in agreement, if Greg did approach the Banks for re-financing and documents drawn us no doubt by the banks.
Goodman may have found the conditions unreasonable and wanted the documents changed.
The Banks wanted thier conditions met otherwise no agreement.

IMO both parties did not agree and Goodman found a better solution for the Co to move forward. a proposal from a stategic partner which suggests a partner with a existing investment within goodman the proposal may be a win/win situation as the proposal by the banks may have been a win for them and a loss for Goodman Group and it's shareholders.

I do hope we see the proposal before the 23rd of May, as the next ann could be on the 23rd of May indicating payment made and here is the proposal, as I Mentioned before a total turn arround on the way Greg has operated before but so the market is a diferent place to be in.
