So the current IOU state of play is this:

• 9th Feb BNPL announcement for first Partnership signup with Easystore with up to 7000 merchants and TTV of circa AUD$550 million.
• Further partnerships with 2 payment gateways & local bank/s signed way back in Nov/December 2020, but names subject to confidentiality agreements not yet announced to the market
• Malaysian financial Money Lending License obtained mid January 2021.
• Full launch of IOU's bnpl products and services to begin in 2 weeks time with potentially more partnerships. There are no limits to partnerships IOU can sign up as it owns and operates its own proprietary BNPL platform. Exponential growth in BNPL merchants and users expected in coming months.
• Indonesia financial regulatory approval process to be completed in Q2 2021 which is in April - June 2021 quarter - potentially ahead of schedule ?
• IOU consumer and merchant app rolling out as we speak
• Increasing volumes of trade since 9th Feb - BNPL partnership announcement, culminating to a 1 day trading volume of 413 million shares on Friday 12th Feb out of a 450 million share registry at VWAP of 40c
