Here is the odd thing.
The announcement recently, whilst now perfect, is not that much better than the information that was readily available when BD1 was trading in the high 50c about a week ago.
Question is did the market completely miss this, maybe the traders did, but I seriously doubt big Pharm would have given BD1 have stated they are already talking to several parties and I'm certain they would have a department trawling for the next new thing.
I think there is a lot to like about this company but I do think there is a bit of hot air here atm.
