    I would love to know all the facts big number. the thing is that I will probably never know just like all the poor investors out there who are wondering why we had to have this GFC .....

    Oh and if I was asked to participate I would probably reply by saying - "what about a SPP for all shareholders?"

    The later is more transparent and shareholder friendly! At least they know what is happening and can participate!
