RE: Trading Halt Request
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, IOUpay Limited (IOU or the Company) requests a trading
halt in the Company’s securities.
The purpose of the trading halt is to allow the Company time to respond to an ASX Price Query,
following an ASX-initiated pause in trade earlier this day.
The Company anticipates that the trading halt will be lifted the earlier of the commencement of
trade on 16 February 2021, or the response to the Price Query has been released by ASX
which is anticipated to be this day.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
