NST-SAR merger, page-193

Killa68, could you please possibly help me? I had 6000 SAR shares and I can see that they converted to 2258 NST shares bringing my total holding to 4258. I keep a spreadsheet of what my purchases price was and SAR was $3.75. How do I work out what my entry price on NST was for the additional 2258 shares? If I enter $3.75, the calculation is I paid $8467.50 when I paid $22529.95 including brokerage for SAR. Do I sound too confusing or stupid? I hope not. Cheers Suzee
