Don't forget China, where they virtually have exclusive rights to assessing the geothermal potential.......according to their recent announcement they are one step closer (I know it has taken a while, but the fin crisis intervened) to nominating specific targets in China.
That announcement alone will move the sp north imho, particularly if the expenses are to be carried by the Chinese.
