Demand is based on forecast energy needs, alternatives, etc. No one is going to build a nuclear power plant just because there's some Uranium lying around! Demand comes first, then prices rise, then more resource becomes economic, more exploration, more supply, prices fall...

My reasons for posting here are in the original post. The article is confirmation of something I wrote in the EXT room and it relates to determining a takeover value for EXT. PEN isn't a takeover target yet as far as I know. PEN is in the early stages of planning to become a producer (refer to today's report).
