The way the stupid management made the announcement is unforgivable.
Usually when a company gets a refinance, the share price gains at least between 30%-40%. However, by not disclosing the details of the deal the share holders did not benefit from the good news, and the share price started to lose value while all other REIT holders are making good $$.
Hope the management will learn from this, and never do such a stupid thing again.
