I know where you are coming from but the Cap Gains relief is unfair as it provides a financial relief to shorters that is not available to anyone else. Big shorters via tax relief can afford to do so in an organised way utilizing media, forum downrampers and false reports.
It would no be so easy if they had to do what we have to do - pay tax on cap gains.
Tax relief enables them to have the margins to hire those who can down ramp the crap out of any stock..
