    USD$250 a barrrel in the coming 5 years,

    ........not to worry since hybrids and electrical vehicles will be on the rise. Either way, people still need cars to get around and it's probably a sure bet that in the next 20-30 years the population in the Eastern Suburbs won't get any less......

    PS - I have been known to be wrong!
