Positive article in the AFR about REIT today. I read it in the paper version so don't have the link. Corporates are getting back in after heavy selloff and under priced shares...
The industry is back in favour as credit markets open. US Libor again has fallen to 0.97 3m which again is another historical low meaning markets are increasing liquidity meaning only one thing.....Banks are starting to lend to each other...
The article played a bit of caution but the undertone was heavily skewed in favour of a resergence in the REIT SP for smaller players that were sold off.
VPG is up 81% in 1 month...keep it going...yeh
