Do your own research and compare against peers in a similar field and development phase.
However, I've been buying all the way to the top (see screenshot below), a lot of the time at peaks (cause I'm an idiot), but also because I can see the value this will bring. If the team and bisantrene can show positive efficacy in FTO, then this thing will go crazy. There is a bit of hype pushing this at the moment IMO, and it's the details in the trials that will take it higher.
