    Boart made 16c a share in 2008. So the old price of $2 represents a PE of 12.5. How was it overpriced when most other stocks are on PE upwards of 15?

    If you say $2 IS overpriced for the 2009 earning, then I would agreed, but for 2008 earning it was not.
