Hello hdhtn.
Great to see sensible and informative posts happening here. I too an a keen and active investor. And I speak polite but blunt truths, often against the run!!
1. I purchased my stock here at 50 C. My stock here now approx 23 C
2. There are 60 million shares with the potential to be called up if targets are met.
3. The founding Owner/Director walked and no explanation was offered.
4. I like the CEO.
5. i don't like the equity directors on the board. Full stop
6. I see NO evidence of these directors buying stock on market at market value. This to me, over a lifetime of investing, is of absolute importance.
However i agree that the potential is there to quietly and surely (with enormous sales effort) build a profitable Australian Health products company.
