Army has other things on its plate to deal with at the moment I suppose.
But who's to say the company hasn't met with senior officials from the ministry? If so, I assume they would have been told that its business as usual etc (which is what the army has been saying all along). If so, I'd expect the company to repeat this messaging (e.g. we expect the permit will be considered in due course and will continue to liaise with department officials to monitor progress etc) in an announcement tomorrow if the TH is lifted. Not that it will count for much. Market is extremely sceptical at this point and rightfully so
