Say you want 1m CRO, you have two pathways there:
1- buy 1m CRO at 8.4c. Total cost $84k.
2- buy 1m CROO at 5.2c, will cost you $52k. Convert at 2.5c per share, additional cost of $25k. Total cost $77k.
Pursuing option 2 will get you your 1m CROs at a discount of nearly 10%. Another benefit is that it puts $25k into the company coffers.
