Surprised that the aussie asset sales were at a bigger discount to book than the US.
Pretty good result considering. The occupancy numbers still look healthy despite what has been happening in the US
I guess the fact that Centro is more in the grocery space, than the fashion space like Westfield means it is holding up ok
