given that Longroads EBITDAF is greater proportionate to their invested capital...and that we have had more capital returned to us than we have invested... its a free carry already.
and that TLT is being reported to be able to achieve a sale value of nearly 2billion for our 900m investment...
I would be expecting at least 400 - 500 million for our 40% stake in Longroad...
Hopefully this quick summary doesn't have me with egg on my face - for the record... I do not think they should sell Longroad, but I do see value in selling / partially selling TLT.
