If Stupidity was a listed company, 22 would be a blue chip. Perhaps this "dog" (VPG) is gnawing at his leg? "Strength to test 10% today"? A steady string of double digit rises, and today likely to be the next one suggests that VPG is gaining strength. Still, there are fools out there who, for what reason we cannot guess, talk shares down. Perhaps these people have small appendages and need to feel bigger in some way?
Looks to me like 22 holds CER and that's all there is to it....or perhaps he wants to get into VPG at lower levels? Nahhhh....just a mongrel calling a good company a dog. Little boy in need of attention.
