I listened to an old interview with Greg again yesterday (March 2020) and it's worth noting a couple of points.

Samphire and Big Lake in SA are quality expandable ISR plays in SA, which provided value to shareholders, but the big value prospect are their tenements in the NT. That's the prize. They're wanting to find the "next Ranger" and know they have the technical expertise to do so. But they won't spend the money until conditions are favourable.

They're also wanting to acquire "dormant resource" projects in Africa or the USA. If they find the next Ranger they'll do a JV, but they'll handle Big Lake and Samphire themselves.

In the last bull market only a handful of explorers ever got close to production let alone produced. This is what makes Alligator so exciting. They have the know how and industry contacts to become serious players in this new bull market. There's no junior or near term developer I'd rather be backing.

Remember, things move very slowly in uranium until they don't. Good luck securing a large position when this thing starts running. If you've done your macro you should be sitting still and not selling a single share.
