it happens man. which state you based in? 2020 was a very hard year for Z1P holders with the multiple intense inclines and declines. when you mean lost 70, do you mean you lost from your capital or reduced it from your profit, if you lost from your cap no shame in it either i did that once also . looks you you got caught in the Rip example i posted about earlier. been their very dizzying, and can smash you mentally. i am only a better trader today because of the money i lost. TAKE A BREAK, like a few days, then get back into it, AND TRADE LESS, like alot Less. the author of The naked trader is big on trading less. if anyone was just to follow his book they would not lose. its also available on audible if you were prefer listening to it
