.So, I noticed the other day that Noxopharm is an Australian registered/headquartered company but they chose to register Nyrada as headquartered in the US.
Both obviously listed on the ASX with ABN's but... Do you guys (or anyone else) think this was a chess kinda play (3-5 steps ahead).
Was this a move to allow them an easier window to work with the US DoD? Does listing their head office in the US somehow make listing on NYSE easier?
This is way above my paygrade.
