    I totally understand.

    I said nothing about a CGT "discount"

    He claims he sold at 8.8c, bought back in at 8.8c, paid double brokerage and will now get a tax bill from the ATO.

    I and other long term holders sat tight, paid no brokerage today, and won't get a tax bill anytime soon.

    Pretty straight forward.
