Thanks BT, you are helping me to get my head around this. And I hope I am not wasting yours or anyone else's time.

I wonder if you have a view on the following:

Whilst the Board has handed over the administration of the DOCA to the The Deed Administrators they, the Board, still will, I assume, have communication with the JV Partner and the Deed Administrator. And in any event decisions may have to be made as to possible restructuring and possible re-capitalisation and the Deed Administrator would need to consult with the Board.

I am struggling with the fact that the Board Chairman has a pecuniary interest by way of a substantial unsecured debt and I am wondering why he has not stood down which I would have thought would have been an absolute requirement. Surely it would be in his own best interest to be be seen to be independent while the DOCA is in operation.

Granted the Board's day to day management and overview responsibilities are diminished but there is still a responsibilty to provide prospective investigation, guidance, leadership and direction for the future beyond the DOCA. And more importantly ensure that a good working relationship with the JVP is a high priority.
