Plenty of upside on VPG IMO...when banks refinance the non Asia Pac loans, then this will go well north of 20 cents and quickly. All signs currently pointing to thawing of credit markets. Banks never had an incentive to push fire sales and will avoid at all costs, particularly as signs of recovery are around.

If banks play hard ball, McCabe will take advantage of the opportunity and do a d4e swap IMO, thus putting a floor under the price by lenghthening the period before refinancing is required.
