    Noob question - I’ve seen a lot of comments here about Dr Sud soon being able to exercise his options. I understand that this means he can buy stock at an ‘old’ (ie. lower) price (whatever that might be).

    So, if Dr Sud exercises his option:
    - does this mean that the company essentially receives a cash injection?
    - would it impact the share price?
