I know this likely wont go down well but the reaction to these unexpected CR's always makes me smile. It's like going through a grief process in some ways, initially denial when someone suggests a CR as @daveg did you get all the outrage and arguments about why its such a stupid idea and doesn't make sense. I also agreed with these statements at the time, we should have waited till after resource upgrade, we have cash to last us 2 weeks!!!

Then what do you know CR is announced and within a few days (the grieving period) posters start stating why its such a great idea to do a CR and how the management have timed it perfectly. Well sorry but surely you posters should have been advocating for a raise prior to it being announced.

I know we are all invested in IXR being successful and want to portray a positive outlook of the company and management but please lets call a spade a spade and keep this honest for each others sakes...as I mentioned collectively we have a lot of our hard earned invested here and we need someone to play devils' advocate and ask the hard questions sometimes to make sure we don't get lulled into a false sense of security or an echo chamber of positivity.

I still think this is great company and we are going places, I will buy more if we dip after the CR but this episode has put a few minor red flags on my radar.
