    From my understanding the term Tier 1 refers to the orebody only, but I am happy to be corrected.

    I am glad that MM has not got PH. The facilities, as you (and Grahod) indicate, appear to be very good. The accountants appear to have not got into the Engineeering design and build (thank GOD), because when they do, normally it saves a penny and spends a pound.
