Westmoon,
I'm only guessing at GT's motives, think he is trying to chisel some funds out of HNC, he had his chance to fix plant and screwed up so objecting to other partner having a go is a bit rich.
I was hoping something on stalemate would have been mentioned at meeting last week, did anyone pick up anything?
Everyone agrees no value left for CMR unless plant is fixed and with no funds to pay for their 50% share of rectification, only option is to go along with HNC proposal.
Liquidation of assets will result in big loss for creditors so can't see how GT thinks he can apply any pressure on HNC.
