Hi @Agent86 I think the milestones approach is a good philosophy for mineral exploration development and demonstrates strategic planning for instos eg JORC statuses are updated the big super funds are able to jump in. I agree it doesn't make much sense for a miner.
I prefer to think of Gold Road as a tough mongrel hybrid (explorer/miner) with substantial upside they want that next discovery to be 100% GOR. I don't think of them as a miner more like a trust fund baby that has plenty of coin to now fund their exploration on a promising tenure.
GOR is in a fantastic position compared to most of the juniors out there that are rattling the tin for JV partners.
