We want to provide you with a quick update on your pre-order. Unfortunately, delivery of your new light has been delayed, in part due to disruptions and shortages in the global supply chain. We know it’s frustrating and we’re sorry it’s taking more time than planned.
We’ve been working hard to resolve these issues and have made good progress ramping up manufacturing for these products. However, we can’t give you a firm date yet on when you can expect your order. We’ll do everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible, and when we get more information on timing we will let you know.
The focus on scaling up our manufacturing capabilities is being applied across our entire product line, and once at scale we feel very confident these delays will be behind us.
