I'm sort the person that leads the discussion in companies and advises. Sometimes they listen, sometimes they go another way. what's good is that solid arguements are put forward. I'm pressure testing the arguement for demerger and consider risk, cost and benefits. what is LTR core focus and objective right now ? delivering the DFS and developing production capability and of course exploring other projects. I see demerger as a distraction.

Focus is everything. companies that strategise for ever and don't deliver. look at apple and their car. lots of talk and no action may result in nothing happening. companies have to remain focused on their core strategy and objective, of they can be sitting in the wind. there is a storm out there called lithium. build the plant and production and don't just sit there.
