I don't think I got it wrong at all. If anything , all I got wrong was my timing , and that looks to be maybe only out by less than 1 month...whereas I believe there were some who unequivocally stated that there was NO WAY it could be 25.0 cents by February. I know who I'd rather be.

It's no surprise actually to see them announce their intent to crack into the School Fees and Expenses markets here in Australia as a number of surveys conducted by the renown educational planning group ASG ( Australian Scholarships Group ) have calculated costs anywhere from approximately $52,544 to over $256,816 per annum depending on Public versus Private ,versus Metropolitan versus Regional school programs.....with the Top range of Private schools costs being as high as $550,000 in Sydney and over $500,000 in Melbourne.

Modelling undertaken by Canberra back in 2016 had the cost of raising two children to age 18 in a range of $474,000 on the low end to an average middle income cost of $812,000 ...to as high as $1.09 million for higher income families.

Even a so called ' Free ' public school education , the fees alone can tally to anywhere between $15,000 and $25,000 over the course of their primary and secondary school journey's.

It has been such a sensitive , difficult , and underserviced area over the years that it ended up kickstarting the Sydney based Fintech startup Edstart back in 2015 / 2016 which began with only 250 applications targeting just the mid tier independent schools where fees were calculated at between $8,000 and $20,000 .....and just in the state of NSW

Here's what their founder Jack Stevens was quoted as saying at the time he launched the startup :-

“ I was getting very frustrated with the state of the finance sector as a whole and seeing massive opportunity for improvement, particularly improvement in the efficiencies of the system and technology as a way to unlock that. With this we’re unlocking the power of finance, but applying it to a really interesting investment, which is education,” he said.

Of course since then , they have been partnered with another Fintech in iPartners who have provided securitisation funding to them at no less than 5 times which have returned rates at between 7% and 12% for private high net worth reciprocal funding backers.

So the business has been very successful to say the least and so lucrative that iPartners are now getting involved in Student housing loans in the US where the figures have grown consecutively for 11 straight years with current student enrolments of 38,000 expected to grow to 45,000 by 2025 and attracting internal rates of return of 15.5% per annum on this separate endeavor.

So clearly there is significant opportunities here for Cirralto to ' Trim ' the fees and charges structure in providing an alternative solution to these recurrent financial strains experienced by most Australian families. So I guess a partnering arrangement with some like iPartners or an equivalent wouldn't go astray right now either .

And low and behold , just as you start to think of that , it would seem we have a ready made partnership waiting in the wings already.

And that partnership if you do a bit of research is none other than ' pepperrmoney ' which is of course part of the pepper financial group who were bought out by scheme of arrangement in December 2017 as previously stated by our friends at KKR for $A675.9 million.......
