All your speculations as to who took up the $5 million $$ worth of shares could well be completely wrong.
Why do you think a consortium of 3 brokers were asked to underwrite a "fait accompli" Placement? Look for past instances with other shares.
The syndicate at the receiving end made sure all the I's were dotted and all the T's were crossed.
Why do you think that is? Could it be a highly placed syndicate close to a northern government?
Kind of a "thank you very much" reward?
