Eko, "they" is whomever is accumulating and keeping a cap on the prices re Tibbs comments during the day today. As he stated he "played" with the bot that is selling the price down. Someone doesn't want to pay more than they have to for a large stake in this company and by triggering stop loswses and support they can drive the price down further imo.
