I think it could be more than that.
They have not had a trading halt for a long time.
The only way it could be to do with a resource update would be if it was a huge jump in resources.

My personal thought is,some thing a lot bigger then that.
Could be to do with finance agreement for port,project,off take agreement,or joining forces with the likes of RIO in building infrastructure.

Just my personal thoughts not advice in any way.
