That is because everyone agrees it is a death spiral. You would be stupid not to. However, what we are seeing now is a glimmer of light that perhaps the DBCT asset sale process is going better than people think (and info has leaked out from the initial first round as well) and perhaps are starting to see some possibility that the dilution causing the death spiral could possibly be held back for the time being.

The most pressing dilutionary threat from the SPARCS notes look like it will be delayed by a year if the amendment vote is a YES vote. That certainly buys BBI a lot more time, but the clock is still ticking on the prefs and the accrued interest is building.

Still have a sense of humour. After all, I have plenty to be happy about........ yeah baby.
