Most house/units i have been to have more then 3 lights.... My theory is, once they have a few 'smart lights' they will continue to purchase them and fill the house with them. that is what i have done progressively over the last few years. I didn't go out a drop $1k immediately to do them all at once.

If the 'free bulbs' we are offering as part of an apology as essentially redundant now, i see no harm. Most likely in old packaging too. They will write it off against tax. I'll email Dave and suggest instead of doing this, they should just put them in the dumpster.

You keep going over old ground. Like a girlfriend who stays with you after you cheated on her, you bring up the past. We have forwarding looking statements now, and we can only hold them accountable to that. I'm pretty certain they cannot go back in time and change the past mistakes. If they can, that is great, we can start selling it as 'smart travel'.

Ranting on here obviously helps you justify your current position. At the end of the day, you made a call to buy in and what they told you. You've also had opportunity to buy at extreme lows and lower your buy in price. This is what i did, and i managed to average down over the last 12 months to 'recover' a $150k negative.
