This is first window for small caps to raise money in nearly about 8 months. If they misssed then we would be all criticising them if the run out of money.

Given Admiralty ADY got their market cap up to 500m and didn't go to the market to sort their funding out and wound up roadkill for that decision amoung other, i think ORE is justified as who knows when the market will poop it self again.

My guess 10m @ 40c, hopefully no options.

Everyone grieves over a placement but a good stock will recover.
