I am not bothered about pride. I know what a death spiral is as I have experienced and traded them before, with considerable success, and I was technically correct to point this out. When a share price goes from $1.96 to 3 cents and the prefs from 90 cents to 5 cents, I do not see how anyone who can count can fail to see that as a death spiral. Depends on if you can count really. Not everyone can. I can. If anyone posting here thinks 3 cents is bigger than $1.96 and 5 cents is bigger than 90 cents, well good luck with their portfolios.

All I am really interested in is making money. A death spiral often delivers a severe overreaction and provides great opportunities if you read the situation correctly. The death spiral provided us with the opportunity to buy a very heavily discounted company's securities when the entire analyst community showed they did not have the skill to analyse it and threw the baby out with the bath water. It does take considerable swimming against the tide, but if you are confident with your analysis, it does give you the energy to keep swimming.

I have provided this whole string with excellent accounting and fundamental analysis. You need to show a little more respect.
