i always prefer entries near the CR prices, but one thing i have learnt is that when the sector is hot, CR flippers are less likely to swap even, and retail more keen to get positions into the bull sector.

Its tricky if you dont have a position, so maybe a toes in approach until this CR period has passed would be safer. Not investment advice.
