I personally do not have a specific number in mind because I do not have enough information to make a decision as to what that number should be given that at the moment something like the VOC detector is unknown to me apart from a couple of performance figures.

That is why if it were to arise retail shareholders need to be empowered by their numbers. For a start if an offer is made eventually there will be someone appointed to look at the deal and advise if it is fair. As a retail shareholder you never get to see the instructions provided to this "independent" analyst to prepare his/her opinion which goes before the Board all we get is the deal is considered fair now vote.

Anyone familiar with the giving of expert opinions in courts knows that the first thing the other side always does is request a copy of all the information given to the expert witness upon which they based their opinion because it is easy to tailor what you give to get the opinion you want.

Leave aside the two founders I do not think that I am the intellectual inferior of the rest of the board by too many IQ points so if they can have an independent report why cannot a block of retail shareholders commission their own report and after appropriate non disclosure agreements have this retail shareholder independent analyst look at the same material and a brief of what retail actually know about and provide a report to retail so they can be as well informed.

This is not about other than ensuring that retail has a voice and has sufficient information to make an informed decision on the offer and whether it should reasonably be accepted. At the moment I could say $5.00 when in actual fact fair value is $10.00 how do I know when everything I need to assess a value is hidden from me under NDA and commercial in confidence agreements.
