I wrote $3 plus - which should be read as that is the base I am using & it only includes the ICO. The SMP & potential for acquisitions & Africa have been excluded. I have a much higher figure in mind, hence my signature 'Xstrata Mark II'. If you know your history, you will remember what they were taken out for. That is where we are headed.
