Its an investment im Australia's reputation.
So yes I believe the Federal Government will significantly invest in this project.
Ive said before this will be Prime Minister's Scott Morrison's legacy and like @Justadabble pointed out Treasurer Josh Frydenberg will be keen to get in as the man who wrote those cheques for Scomos legacy.
Whats is interesting is the joint media releases recently by Keith Pitt, Angus Taylor and Josh Frydenberg. This indicates to me something is cooking in the parliament kitchen and oh yeah they are cooking with gas!
