To all brainchippers,
Hello all, short term holder here, about one year. Think i have posted once, something about bread , to do with a surplas of avocados.
Regarding potential takeover
speculation. These are my thoughs.
Three point terms.
1. $10 TO $15.00Au per share for each Brn share held.
*Values Co. At roughly $17 billion au to $25.5 billion au
PLUS
2. Once Brn shares are boughtout (takeover) for every 100 Brn shares originaly held, holders recive 30 fully paid, first ranking shares , in new entitys script, shares. Rounded up.
PLUS
2. Performance milestone payments, for as long as products incorperating BRN Chip or IP .
Once revinue from products incorperating AKIDA 1,2,3...
exeeds say $1 billion Au then a royalty of say 5% then gets re distributed back to original BRN holders, equally distributed as per their % Of Brn shares held prior to takeover.
I belive , something in the order
of the above would pacify most pressent holders, whilst still leaving plenty of meat on the bone for the new aquiree to recoupe costs of the merger and then proceed to dominate the market far into the forseable future on earth and beyond.
FactFinder,
Thankyou very much for your very considerd thoughts and eloquent way of expressing them , on all aspects.
Legend.
*At least an OA, That is if you dont already poses this pin.
Mr Tech and Chapman,

Blueant, Mcdopler,Hoppalong,Rays,

Cheers.
Rocket, Wilsy, Iluminaughty,
Great comidy relife in tense times.
Cheers.
When this tech gets released to the world look out. I am not versed in neural morphic computing in any way shape or form, but from what i have gleaned from above contributors and brn official site, well if this is not a
Fortune 500 company in the making i do not know what is.
As for Peter and Anil,
Well thay will just have to be content with being written into
world history and probably
A couple of those nobel things.
Ramblings of a investor slightly inebriated and thoroughly enjoying the journey.
Thankyou all
Esq.
