I mentioned nothing on the science or scientific method. It's a two person case study for goodness sake. What science do you want to conclude from it!
I think you are treating investors here as idiots if you think anyone is buying on a 2 person case study for an indication which has 2000 patients per year, of which at best, MSB would capture 20%, if they are lucky.
