IMO you are right on the money ,While people are sick of waiting and selling out ot hoping to buy lower ,it give others the opportunity to come in ,yes it is taking a while to get approvals ,but that is the way it is in SA .
IF people want to make quick money try a Casino ,put it all on the red .
