Interesting comment on the reddit link.... My brother and sister (no prior investing exp) whom have since bagged more than twice since I first told them about EXR, took one look at the chart and with concerned looks asked me the same question.
- I've mentioned it a few times, EXR is totally under the radar - Twitter pumpers, FB, IG - most of the punters don't even discuss EXR yet, honestly wait till they do... will see a massive spike and rerate.
